Deposits & reservations
A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to reserve your time. The exact amount due is shown in the live booking checkout before payment.
Before you book
A smooth appointment
starts with clarity.
Please read each studio policy before reserving. You’ll confirm your agreement before opening the live appointment calendar.
Arrival & late appointments
A 15-minute grace period is provided. Later arrivals may be canceled with loss of deposit, or declined when the delay would affect the next client.
Canceling or rescheduling
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Changes made with less notice may result in loss of the deposit.
Guests & studio experience
To protect a calm, focused appointment, please arrive alone. Extra guests—including children, friends, partners, or additional stylists—cannot be accommodated.
Hair preparation
Unless your chosen service says otherwise, arrive with hair washed, fully blow-dried, detangled, and free of heavy product so your appointment can begin on time.
Final balance
Any remaining balance is due in full at the appointment. Confirm accepted in-person payment methods with the studio before arrival.
